Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

  • Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

  • If delays occur due to high demand or unforeseen events, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to:

    • United Kingdom (Mainland, NI, Channel Islands)

    • Select International Destinations (EU, North America, Australia, NZ).

Tracking Your Order

  • All orders are dispatched with full tracking.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

  • You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s portal or via your order confirmation email.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by local authorities.

  • These fees are not included in our shipping rates and remain the responsibility of the customer.

  • Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing an order.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide:

    • Your order number.

    • Clear photographs of the damage.

  • If your shipment is lost in transit, allow 10 business days for courier investigation before we proceed with a resolution.

  • Urban Fox Ventures Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance processes, weather, or other external events.
