At Urban Fox Ventures Ltd, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your item in accordance with the terms below.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may return items within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • ✅ The item is unused and in original condition.

  • ✅ All original packaging, labels, and accessories are intact.

  • ✅ Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

Non-returnable items:

  • ❌ Custom-made or personalised products.

  • ❌ Clearance or sale items.

  • ❌ Used, damaged, or incomplete products not due to manufacturing defect.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please refer to Section 4 – Faulty or Damaged Items.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at UrbanFox_Ventures@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will issue return instructions, including the return address.

  3. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving return approval.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

For products that arrive damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • Provide:

    • Order number.

    • Clear photographs of the issue.

    • Brief description of the fault or damage.

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value, subject to stock availability.

  • Follow the standard return process and indicate that you would prefer an exchange.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

  • If you have not received your refund after 14 business days, please check with your bank first.
